USEFUL NOTES: 1. Lettings from Saturday 4pm until Saturday 10am, unless otherwise agreed. 2. Bed linen is not included, but can be provided on request - 8/10€ per bed. Bring your own towels and tea towels. 3. A television with satellite TV and CD/DVD player are provided. You are welcome to bring your own supply of CDs and DVD's.. 4. Washing machine and ironing facilities are available free on request. 5. Do not forget the DSS form E111 (U.K.visitors only) and travel insurance to cover any unexpected medical costs. 6. To round off your holiday a final cleaning service is available - cost 40/60€. Please let us know at least 48 hrs in avance.. 7. Please note the 'Gite' is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace or anywhere in the grounds. 8. Water consumption is free, and electricity is included up to 200kw per week. Above that, a charge of 0.15 euros/kw will be made. Wood is calculated at 65€ le stère Please note that for health and safety reasons, animals are not accepted
